Within the Engineering team, you take part in the design, development, and production delivery of software solutions on behalf of our clients. You work closely with the product, infrastructure, and BPO teams to ship reliable and maintainable applications.

• Analyze functional requirements and write technical specifications
• Design and develop features following software engineering best practices
• Write unit and integration tests to guarantee code quality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards
• Carry out corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications
• Document developed components and interfaces
• Communicate progress and blockers during Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews)

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, Node.js or equivalent)
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of REST principles, APIs, and microservice architectures
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Awareness of application security concerns (OWASP)

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you are responsible for the availability, performance, and security of our clients' IT systems. You work across the full infrastructure lifecycle: design, deployment, monitoring, and evolution.

• Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers (Linux, Windows Server)
• Configure and monitor network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Deploy and manage cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS)
• Implement backup policies and disaster recovery plans
• Diagnose and resolve level 2 and 3 incidents within contractual SLAs
• Apply and maintain security patches across all managed systems
• Produce and update technical documentation for managed infrastructures

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Networking, Systems, or Computer Science
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server system administration
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Ability to handle on-call duties and respond to incidents without delay

• Professional certification (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, AWS Solutions Architect…)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus)
• Automation skills using Ansible, Terraform, or Bash/PowerShell scripts

The BPO Business Analyst acts as the bridge between outsourcing teams and clients. You analyze operational processes, propose improvements, and ensure that BPO agents have the tools, procedures, and metrics needed to meet their targets.

• Map and document client business processes with precision
• Identify bottlenecks and propose measurable optimizations
• Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for BPO teams
• Define performance indicators (KPIs) and track them on a regular basis
• Facilitate communication between technical and operational teams
• Participate in training and onboarding BPO agents on new procedures
• Produce activity reports for clients and management

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, or Information Systems
• Experience in a BPO environment or service center
• Proficiency in process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio or equivalent)
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders

• Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification
• Knowledge of CRM and ticketing tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira)
• Proficiency in written and spoken French
